Order Payments

• Internet order may be paid with the following:
  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
• All orders are prepaid before any order ships.
• Money orders and checks are subject to additional processing time.
• Mennonite Information Center is required to collect 6% sales tax on all PA state sales.
• Mennonite Information Center does not accept C.O.D orders.

Shipping

• Mennonite Information Center does ship outside of the U.S.A for an additional fee of $20.00.
• Shipping charges are as follows:
  up to $14.99 - $6.00
  $15.00 to $29.99 - $8.00
  $30.00 to $59.99 - $12.00
  $60.00 to $99.99 - $17.00
  $100.00 and over - $21.00.
• Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• In stock items ship out within 5 business days.
• For back orders Mennonite Information Center will contact you with an ETA before processing your order.
• Shipments are sent Priority Mail. For accelerated shipping please contact Mennonite Information Center (800)290-1585 for shipping rates.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned for store credit or a full refund of the item's purchase price.
• Refunds are made based on the item's value. Excluding the shipping and handling.
• Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product.
• All exchanges and returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns not meeting this requirement may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
